Having trouble. I only want my cellphone to ring the Dialpad app when the Dialpad number is called. But any call to my phone seems to wake up dialpad and cause a conflict between the default phone app and Dialpad. They both ring. It's confusing, and I drop calls.

Was pretty good After switch.co was bought out by dialpad, things have gone downhill. Phones don't always ring when they should, missed notifications, etc. Hardly worth it anymore.
Fails to make calls Using Android 6, the app has begun to cycle through the disallowed app and the phone when attempting to connect. Checked app permissions and all are granted.
Incoming Call Concerns When I get an incoming call, it shows in the notification bar. But it doesn't always give me the option to answer the call. If I tap on the notification, it doesn't take me to an option to answer the call. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
We have multiple lines for our business and wanted a VOIP solution to connect to a mobile phone. Let's say its been rocky since the beginning. The VOIP feature doesn't work if you activate it. By doesn't work, I mean when someone calls, it doesn't notify you of the incoming call until after they hang up or leave a voicemail message. The call quality is a hit or miss. I contacted customer support and their response is "we are fixing it" even though its been over 2 months.
Haven't been able to login Signed up by "requesting a free trial" never received an email confirmation. I can't even log in from the app... I tried calling customer service and after a very long wait time I was directed to leave a voice mail... really bad experience for a new user...
