Very intrusive app. Your personal phone is no longer private with this app. Seek alternatives. Your employees will be very unhappy with dialpad.
Screen won't turn off when on call using phone's earspeaker. 90% bluetooth doesn't work, had to switch to speaker, and then bluetooth and pray it'll work. Device is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
Dialpad is the worst VoIP service I've come across. You get asked to rate all calls, which is a sign that we're all part of a big alpha test. All my calls were silent. Then they released a fix which made calls one-way, better, still useless. I'm in the UK, maybe it works better in the US.
Terrible app. What a waste of my time.
They have deducted my money and took information from Google account now nobody replying . Worse app experience contact me immediately. I really don't want to put negative review if I get my money back .

Can't perform basic functions like seeing what phone number is related to a call history.
Good except that it does not remember my default choice of which app to use for calls. I chose to use personal number and it forgets every time, please help!
This is the worst piece of software I have to use on a daily basis.Has so much potential. But falls short in execution and design. Extremely buggy difficult and half the time doesn't do what you need it to do. On top they made it so that you have to pay to use customer service. Who does that? The few times I got through to customer service they were unable to help or unwilling. Avoid this app as much as possible. It makes my job difficult every day.
