I have been using this app now for a few weeks and the Android app doesn't notify me of new text messages and when people call me there is a 5 second delay before my phone rings. Contacting their support team does not help much quite unfortunate as I enjoy Google voice for my personal number a lot.

Great when it worked. Unfortunately I depend on the app for work and haven't been able to place or receive calls for over 2 weeks.

Notifications disappear on their own, and no app badges when that happens. I miss important text messages if I am not right there to hear the message come in initially. I'm on Android "O", don't know if that's the issue.

HD calling is not working over cellular data, can't transfer, hold, etc..while on Android 4G. I am always remote and traveling and not always having access to WiFi. I tried to write to support multiple times with no success. Will check some other phone service, maybe RingCentral?

Have the Mac and iPhone app and they work great. But for some reason the Android app doesn't work for me anymore and won't let me dial out at all whether I'm on wifi or cellular data. I keep receiving an error message saying "Call cannot be placed"

I am not getting my calls on phone nor can i dial out on dialpad app. What a shame because I really did like what dialpad has to offer.
