Very personable and made process easy. Kept in touch and way always available. An example is he Helped us out on a Sunday morning when we needed advice no problem. Kept us updated on a regular basis and we never felt out of the loop

My experience was a little different as I was not the home buyer per se but the mother of the buyers. He made sure he did everything he could to ensure my daughters were allowed to follow their dream of buying the house they fell in love with. . William assured the girls, and me, that if we trust him he will make sure he does all he can to get this home for them. He answered all the questions we had even the ones we asked over and over again. None of this would have been possible without him!!
