Anyone should consider using William if you have a unique situation which the average lender viewed as a risk. He helped us find an underwriter to re-finance our home when no one else would "come to the table". 32 institutions turned us down. He found the right deal for us and a company interested in our goals, I am all about loyalty as I mentioned to William I have a person I worked with in these situations.
