This is our second refi with William and his team. As always very prompt, honest and pleasant to work with. With the shelter in place order he was willing to accommodate us by coming to our home, leaving the documents at our front door to be signed inside (while he waited outside for us to finish), grabbed them from porch and reviewed them before leaving. Got a call confirming all was good. Also left behind a very nice bottle of wine as a thank you! Big thanks to you for saving us $670/month.
