Diana is professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She made the process easy and I never had to wonder what was next. I appreciated the extra things she did like send e mails on the holidays which was not necessary but nice. Due to COVID -19 we did not meet in person but she offered phone calls if I needed and was available. Your guidance in helping us refinance our home mortgage is greatly appreciated. By converting from FHA to a conventional loan we reduced our monthly principal and interest payment and also eliminated the monthly FHA mortgage insurance premium (MIP).
