Diana was able to answer all of our questions promptly and without making us feel stupid for not already knowing the answer, even if we had already asked that question. She was great about making sure that we understood each step of the process and she kept us posted in real time. Diana is professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She made the process easy and I never had to wonder what was next. I appreciated the extra things she did like send e mails on the holidays which was not necessary but nice. Due to COVID -19 we did not meet in person but she offered phone calls if I needed and was available. This is not my first time using a mortgage company but it is the first time I would recommend the person I worked with . I will recommend Diana!

Your guidance in helping us refinance our home mortgage is greatly appreciated. By converting from FHA to a conventional loan we reduced our monthly principal and interest payment and also eliminated the monthly FHA mortgage insurance premium (MIP).
