Diana was always in contact with me throughout the entire refinance. She went over and beyond her job description by actually picking up documents from me on two separate occasions when my scanner was not working. Hands down Diana is the effing best!! She is able to break down every step of what she is doing to help a person who is either buying a house or refinance a current loan, so much that a 2 year old or someone like me can understand it and feel confident at every step of the way. don't just take my word for it go see for yourself.......I double dog dare you!
