Diana was very easy going, excellent and professional; not intimidating. She answered many questions over the course of my application and closing. It was a longer process than I expected but ultimately I am very pleased with the service and the outcome. She had her associate Wesley Hunter assist me also during the latter part of the process and he was excellent to work with too. I would recommend both of them without reservation.

Diana is amazing and we would highly recommend her to our family and friends! She was informative and communicated frequently. She answered all of our questions! The portal she uses to upload all of our documents was great as well. We would get emails sent to us reminding us to sign or complete specific parts, which was so helpful. I appreciate her knowledge and support with helping us refinance!
