Haven't bought a new car in 10 years and was dreading it. Based on style and functionality only, we narrowed our potential choices down to the Murano, Sorento and Sante Fe Sport models and before doing any significant research, went out on a Sat afternoon to test drive the 3 vehicles to get a first impression. My experience ,so far , with Dick Smith Hyundia was exceptional!! Blaine was our salesman, and he was super! He met our every need, and was so personable and nice. He took all the time in the world with us, listened to our questions and concerns , and was so patient. I would recommend this dealership and , especially Blaine, to anyone.

I bought a Hyundai Elantra on 1/17/14. The first salesman to approach me was Josh Zifer, a friendly young man who literally ran from one place to another to find people to answer my questions. Every person with whom I came into contact in Customer Service was friendly and worked quickly to help me out, and help me out they did, as you will see. Lee Gilliam was outstanding, providing the perfect blend of attention, follow-up & expertise - while not being at all pushy. I really appreciate that in a salesperson. The dealership is clean and makes you feel welcome, with water and coffee available, making for a very pleasant visit. I bought a new 2014 Elantra Sport and LOVE it! Completing the paperwork after the sale was quick and painless. Great experience; great price; love my new car! I would highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had when it came to purchasing a car!! Not only did I receive a great car at a great price, but, the customer service received from both Mr. Jarvis Smith in the Sales Department & Mr. Kenneth Galloway in the Financing Department was outstanding!
