I came in several days ago to look at a more fuel-efficient vehicle. William Fulghum was very helpful in answering my questions regarding which vehicles might suit my needs best. He was very helpful in explaining my trade-in value. I have already told two other people what a great manager he is and that they should ask for him when they decide to trade in, which will be within the next couple of months!
I was pricing and Mr. Jarvis Smith convinced me that I would find a car on the lot I would like in a great price range. Best experience!!!! Lee made our car buying experience quick and easy. Went in to buy a 2012 Sonota and drove away in a 2102 Genesis. Love my car!!!!! Showed us how to work everything this luxury car has to offer. Not pushy and felt we got a fair price. I would definetely return to buy another car. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Lee made it so quick and easy! I had picky taste and he got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted! The car was spotless when I drove it off the lot. He showed me how to work the navigation system and back up camera! Just overall great salesman. Not pushy at all. I definitely recommend finding Lee when looking at cars at this dealership!
