I found my sales person, Larry "Catfish" Taylor to be patient and professional. We asked him to show us a variety of models and explain the pros and cons of each. He was not pushy, but he was knowledgeable and could compare the different models to our satisfaction. We did purchase one model up (went from Elantra to Sonata) based on his thorough explanation of the pros and cons of doing so. Had purchased a new Sonata from Gordon Orr 2 years ago and rec'd. great service and price. Got an even better price today and made all the difference dealing with a professional who knows his business and has a great "no pressure" sales personality. Larry was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. He made us comfortable as we waited for the paper work to process and even offered us a soft drink. Eddie explained the blue link feature in great detail and walked us through the set up process.
