Dick Smith really do mean it when they "we'll treat you right". I can't fault this dealership. Negotiating a deal (normally the part I hate most about buying an auto) was a stress-free with Will Crawford, organising finance was a breeze, and these guys will get you the best possible interest rate from the banks that they can and after sales care was first class. I needed some paintwork damage fixed on the trunk and these guys re-sprayed the whole thing to a professional standard, without hesitation (thanks Will). I shall def... read more

Jarvis Smith was the greatest salesman I ever had...It was quick business and he was able to put me n a 2011Hyundai Sonata..I would recommend anybody to go see him..I promise you will come out smiling!!!!!!

Stephen (Chuck) Akin was our sales person. I was impressed with Chuck's patience, and also his knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle that my husband and I purchased. We purchased the Hyundai Turbo Sport. We changed our minds a few times as to what we wanted, and Chuck remained professional and tried to help us by telling us the features of each different model. Had a great experience at Dick Smith Hyundai thanks to Blaine McIntosh. I told him what I was interested in the Sonata GLS and he gave me a thorough description of the car and promptly gave me great pricing info. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. Never tried to add unnecessary upgrades. Focused on getting me what I wanted. He felt like a friend through the entire process and I was very surprised with my entire experience. I am glad we brought my Genesis here rather than to a dealer nearer us for service. Blaine MacIntosh, our original salesperson, met with us and discussed our experience with the car over the past year - all good - and recommended a service addition because of our low mileage, which the service department was glad to do. My wife and I visited Dick Smith Hyundai as the result of a cross promotion with Capitol One. when we arrived we were greeted by Jarvis Smith and we discussed with him our concerns, price range and needs. He set the wheels in motion to acomplish our purchase while we scanned the lot for vehicles we were interested in taking a closer look at. I rate my experience a 5 because the sales staff was friendly and helpful. The salesman, Jarvis, was motivated, but not pushy. He found a vehicle the fit what I exactly what I want. I'm satisfied with the deal as well.

I came in for service and left with a new car for 19.00 a month more. Pretty happy with that situation. Larry Taylor, thanks for visiting the waiting area. I think it is a great place to wait for service. Thanks for the soda's.
