Credit challenged buyer very satisfied with our new car deal. It pays to be a brand loyal customer when shopping for a new car, they got me approved with a very low credit score for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra with even more options then our previous Hyundai Elantra. Very satisfied and will return again when shopping for another car.
Recent Elantra purchase Andy was very kind and helpful during my experience. I did have some confusion when actually dealing with paper work that I am still trying to resolve but this was more with the sales manager then with Andy. Since my purchase, I reached out to Andy about this and he got me in touch with Jason (sales manager) to fix this (I had been presented my monthly payments to include an added investment protection package and did not understand that at the time).
