Super fast, very reasonable, in/out within 2 hours Really enjoyed my experience at Dick Smith Hyundai. Jose was really nice and the entire experience was very smooth and efficient. Jose worked with me and I walked out feeling like I got the best deal. The best part was I didn't have to deal the "greasy" sales manager. Dale in finance is awesome too! He walked me through the number and calculation and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend if shopping for a new car.

2014 Ford F-150 We got great costumer service. We are out of state and it was an unusual loan but Andy Vacha went the extra mile to get everything done. The truck was exactly as we were told when we got down there. It was super clean. The service dept. did a great job on that. The only problem we have is with the mykey and they are going to take care of that. Which is much appreciated.
The best service I have ever had. I have only had my car serviced at Dick Smith Hyundai. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Even for something as minor as that I received excellent service. Josh was me service consultant and made sure afterwards that my car passed the 20 point inspection. He and the other service persons have always been thoughtful and have taken the time to explain the details of my maintenance. I will go to no other service center, they are the best.
Outstanding experience Gordon was pleasure to work with. He respected us, gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, too the time to listen, explained all the features of the car, and introduced us the people we would be working with for financing and service.
