How customer service should be done I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and one of the accessories wasn't to my liking. I first spoke with sales manager Eddie who assured me that my wishes would be taken care of. I then spoke with service manager Josh who also assured me that until I was perfectly happy he would do whatever it took. And they did!
