Dick Smith has top notch service providers and sales persons. I have purchased 2 vehicles and have always been impressed with their care and service. I briefly went to a comparable class dealership and happily came back to Dick Smith Infiniti.

Keith is the best! Was passing through to go to my son's graduation. Saw the dealership and went for a test drive. Keith was so helpful and easy to work with. And trustworthy! I ended up not buying from him because of the logistical issues with not living near by. Other than that I would have bought. When I told him he totally understood. Never felt pressure. Overcharging on parts prices well above the MSRP. 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. No one called me to tell me my car was ready. Customer service and customer experience has fallen off a great deal. I’ve been a customer of Dick Smith since I bought my first Infiniti in 2004, 21 years and I don’t think my next car purchase will be an Infiniti. your pricing for work on a 13 year old car is why over priced having to pay your parts department 300.00 to get a part from the part store then a total of 1800 to get a starter replaced. I wish I would have looked around I could have gotten this done for 1/2. I am also not happy that post the service that my auto up windows are not working which will be a trip back in to have the switches reset. For a 1800 service it should be perfect but like the last several times I have been to your group for service it is sub par at best... read more
