Someone tracked oil stains in the on my floor mates and the passenger door. They use to have drinks and snacks while you wait in the lobby!! Now they have nothing. For all the money the Customer spends that is a Shame!! It shows Infinity don’t care about the Customer!!
Mechanics had oil stains on my floor mats. No snacks in the waiting lobby! When customers wait there should be snacks and drinks for them!
I dropped off my QX80 back in May 2022 to get the BCI Malfunction corrected. My service rep and service manager indicated the malfunction was related to sunlight or dirt on my car. They indicated they could not replicate the error or find an error code in the car. The error code/malfunction came on as I left the lot after paying the diagnostic fee for nothing. My vehicle could have been returned back to me the way I dropped it of.....without the extra trash, dirt and tools
Customer service horrible and did not return call when promised with quote. . Pricing overprice even after warranty paid coverage of parts and labor. Labor was so overpriced that out of pocket was nearly $250 EXTRA. Had 7am Appt for car repair and still took 12 hours before car was ready
Sold car after appointment and finance set This dealership sold a car I had pulled financing against and made an appointment to purchase. They did not offer me to make a deposit but said it was my fault for not reserving the car. Their salesperson never contacted me directly, only through the BDM. The sales and finance manager contacted me and said sorry that the manager of another location sold it to a friend. Terrible service Car has been there since 12/27/16 and no phone call on status of car and no loaner provided. Car has problem with not starting & they accussed me of not knowing how to start the car, have had car for 10 yrs, i know how to start car. Service is deplorable! This is the 2nd time car has been there for same issue. Charged me $65.00 + 90.00 to tow it there and did not fix the problem first time &now back in and not one call on status. She was very rude. I heard her complaining to the employee's and making smart remarks to them. She acts like she doesn't want to be at work. When I come in and the lady Kim is at the front desk, it's wonderful. Kim is very respectful and really loves her job.
