Took too long and price increased 30% since the last time I had my oil changed.
they were very polite and took time with us. we got the car back in a timely manner.
My sales rep Keith was the absolute best. JAI, Thomas in finance and the GM were the worst. They went back on deals but in a sneaky back handed way. They were extremely dishonest and I will never encourage anyone nor will I ever make a purchase here again. The was the worst car buying experience ever. It took them 8 hours when I came with a pre approval. Also I traded and sold a vehicle. The kept promising me a check telling me to come puck it up only to no have it and making excuses. Mr. Porter Curry was very nice. We are deeply disappointed in this car purchase because the Subaru does not have the essential safety features we wanted for our teenager. The car was not misadvertised, but we feel it should and could have been made clearer to us that it was not equipped with the blind spot indicators and the collision alert system.
Poor communications regarding service matter…. had my car for more than a week, and yet didn’t apparently have time to wash and clean it, as is done for a simple oil change. I indicated problem with windshield washers, and I was told only needed to be flushed, but when U hit car home, indicator said needed washer fluid, which was filled to top when car brought in. I really with there was more than 1 Infiniti dealership in Columbia. Always poor service. Schedules oil change took 3.5 hours.
Service was good. Chris was amazing per usual. However, I am deeply disappointed that Infiniti is losing all of their reliable and knowledgeable staff. They took away the snacks and now have a 3% charge for credit cards. I am ready to sell my vehicle and go to another make/model. Dick Smith is slowly trending down with the rest of the economy.
I spoke with my service provider regarding the error in the final price, but he (Mr. Michael Brown) wasn't interested in correcting it. Disappointing! Before servicing, my service manager gave me an amount for a military discount, and I was also told that the amount for the diagnostics would be deducted from the final bill. When my truck was returned, I asked for the bill.
