Everything was great. Service was fast. Service advisor, Maddison was excellent.
The atmosphere was quite different this time. Everyone was particularly quiet. I don't know if it was because the service manager was onsite. Customer service was excellent as always.

The appointment took two hours to do just the oil change. My tires were supposed to be rotated and balanced, but evidently when I talked to the man to make the appointment, he didn't write that down. He was the one who asked me about getting that done. An oil change always takes at least 1 1/2 hours even with an appointment.
It's convenient if you make an appointment and leave your there otherwise the wait can be long
