Three hour wait for oil change and tire rotation is just way to long to sit and wait on my vehicle. I had an 8:30 appointment and arrived on time.

It took a really long time and I'm not sure they are doing the 27 point inspection. I didn't get anything and they didn't refill my washer fluid.
