Carter did a great job as my service advisor. Keep me informed and facilitated a last minute service request. Mechanics made an interesting discovery under the hood (an abandoned rats nest made of plastic bags used over the winter and spring to keep them and family warm. Did on damage to hoses or wires. Will find another parking space.
