Dirk belittled me. He misunderstood our situation which extended the amount of time it took to close. He promised we would not be charged a processing fee and that we would be able to make automatic payments. Both of these statements he made were false. He was difficult to work with as was his staff and this was compounded by the most difficult technological experience I have ever had.
