Verified Renter My time at Discovery Park has been amazing! I have been here a little over a year and I have had no issues! The amenities are amazing! My rent is reasonable and I love where we are located. Close to shops and restaurants but still a good distance that provides mostly quiet, peaceful living!

Verified Renter Overall, it's been a great experience! Previous management had slacked off slowly and many residents saw the decline in care for the residents and the property. Elevator was out all the time, doors were unlocked often, trash around the complex, etc. It seemed like everything was a reaction to something that happened (i.e. elevator off all weekend because it broke down Friday afternoon for a missing part), instead of a prevention and checking of property. Verified Renter Honestly the best place I have ever lived , the staff is so nice so is the neighborhood. The amenities are so great the pool is always clean so is the gym .

Verified Renter My apartment is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the amenities are fantastic. There's a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and even a communal lounge area where residents can gather for events or just to socialize. Nice Place, But Management Will Try to Get You Overall good quality apartments. Walls are thick, never once heard my next door neighbors and only heard the upstairs one when they were practicing drums (they moved out quickly). Responded quickly to my service requests. Another reviewer mentioned electric problems which I agree with, nothing shocked me but 2 of my outlets did not work. Verified Renter I really wish I could give it a better rating. I have called this place home for the last 2 years but I can’t continue living in a place like this. It’s been almost a year since we got new management and I feel like this property has just gone downhill ever since then. They keep increasing the pricing on everything little thing but then nothing seems to have improved. They told us they were going to be pressure washing the hallways. Under new “management” A new out of state management company has taken over and is running this place into the ground. Our amenities and services have been slashed as rent and fees have been increased. Pest control is ineffective and my apartment is infested with ants again. My first request for service went unnoticed until I filed a complaint. After the complaint I had to wait another week for service. Verified Renter I have lived here since May 2023. The first year was great! Management was phenomenal. Recently we just got new property management in May 2024. Now, there are all these little charges that are piling on top of our rent. One of those charges being a $35/month fee to use their provided washer and dryer. I had renewed my lease in June and that was not a charge listed on my lease. Found out last month that I had been charged for that which again was NOT on my lease for the past couple months. Verified Renter It has gone downhill since the new management took over. They canceled our individual wifi and switched over to a community wifi, which is far slower and makes things difficult for those of us who work from home. The complex is generally far less clean than it was before. They seem to be doing “improvements” that nobody asked for (such as replacing the caulk in the parking lot and lowering the latches on the dog park gates) while neglecting important issues like pest control.
