Verified Renter The community and location is great. The staff is all new and so far really great and helpful. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is super amazing. We can put in a maintenance request and have never had to wait longer than a day to have someone come, and fix our issue. My only complaint is that you have to be careful of your orders from online because unless you get a parcel locker for it, some times they are left in the open on the mailroom floor, and are at risk of being stolen. Verified Renter I love it here it's near to my college so I can just walk to my class and never get late. It has a very good balance between a luxury apartment and affordable one. I love the amenities I would really appreciate if the apartment can host more get together so that the neighbors and everyone can interact with each other and know each other more.
