The community is peaceful, and the location is super convenient — close to campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. The maintenance team responds quickly, and the management is friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities like the gym and study lounges make it a great place for students and young professionals. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.

I have done everything I can to keep my volume low. I literally have the TV on the second-to-lowest setting. Yet it seems that if they hear anything or if I casually walk, they decide to bang on the ceiling. Verified Renter Discovery Park Apartments are wonderful . The leasing process was smooth and hassle-free .Amenities like the pool, gym, and basketball court are really cool and make the community lively. The apartments themselves are superb!!! They are spacious, modern, and comfortable.

Verified Renter My neighbors have had multiple trash bags out, even on days when trash is not collected. The area outside the dumpster seems to always be overflowing with trash and furniture. And the parking availability is terrible. Besides that, I really enjoy living here.
