The style of our apartment, the lobby, the whole community is superb and classy! LOVE aesthetics - makes me feel happy and proud to call this place my home! This has to be the best apartment complex in all of Phoenix!

The apartment had everything I was looking for. It has a dog run which was important to me. The amenities are plentiful and useful. Love the multiple gas grills for community use.

My only complaints would be the very limited parking for guests, but I understand that's the reality at most apartment complexes. My other complaint is that I pay the same amount for trash service as those that live in 2 bedrooms with multiple people; it just doesn't seem fair considering I only have to put out my trash like once a week whereas some people have trash that needs picked up much more often. When I moved it, I wish someone had said, "just to let you know, your rent is due on the 1st of the Month, NOT 30 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN. I did not expect a 5 day notice to vacate. Staff told me I could pay online or provide a money order/bank check. That same day I let staff know I was having trouble logging in and was told tech support would be contacted. Terrible Worst experience of my entire life. Between the construction starting at 6:00am until pm weekends and all. Coffee machine never works. Can’t hold an elevator for move ins/outs. If I had more room to write I would.

I moved in... (Verified Renter) I moved in end of summer, and since then I feel like a lot of weirdos have moved in. There's loud music at all hours, I have felt unsafe walking my dog at night several times due to creepy guys that live on my side of the building and prowl around at all hours.
