Everything you need to service your pet and their owners such as myself! My dog passed unexpectedly in a horrible way! Left me my husband his sister and dad at a lost! This establishment took good care of us! Thank you very much.
The entire staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. We were able to make an appt. in a timely manner and to schedule surgery for the following day. We received follow up calls throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent experience with the ER/ICU. Very communicative, welcomed questions, thorough discharge instructions and guidance. I saw a post regarding the cost. Services were clearly outlined and discussed. Estimated fees were provided on a line item bill with high/low estimates and I clearly understood what I was paying. Fortunately, our pup didn't require all of the items in the estimate and we were credited back the cost of those items at the time of discharge (hit my credit card before we got home!). Scheduling was quick and easy. They sent an email detailing everything to expect. Upon arrival and during the visit everyone was very friendly. Most importantly the techs and Dr. Neravanda were clear about everything and took their time with us. I never once felt rushed. I am so happy I came here.
