The entire staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. We were able to make an appt. in a timely manner and to schedule surgery for the following day. We received follow up calls throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
I took my cat and pal Joey to the Dog and Cat Emergency and Specialty Hospital after being referred to them by my general practice vet doctor. They treated my wife and I extremely well and showed a lot of care and empathy regarding the seriousness of my cat's health. Doctor Carter who treated my very sick cat was very professional, understanding and kind to me and my wife. Excellent experience with the ER/ICU. Very communicative, welcomed questions, thorough discharge instructions and guidance. I saw a post regarding the cost. Services were clearly outlined and discussed. Estimated fees were provided on a line item bill with high/low estimates and I clearly understood what I was paying. Fortunately, our pup didn't require all of the items in the estimate and we were credited back the cost of those items at the time of discharge (hit my credit card before we got home!). Scheduling was quick and easy. They sent an email detailing everything to expect. Upon arrival and during the visit everyone was very friendly. Most importantly the techs and Dr. Neravanda were clear about everything and took their time with us. I never once felt rushed. I am so happy I came here.

Both my babies passed away within 3 weeks apart. Dr. Guma and Dr. Gillem took very good care of my Thai, but on the other hand. My Panda went to have a tumor removed from her liver and was dead 10hrs. However, I believe Dr. Matthews did what she thought was best. I’m currently looking into the situation. Majority of the staff are professional, but then you have a few rude ones. Nonetheless, the office manager is somewhat rude. Otherwise I have no other complaints.
