My girl was given vitals checks every hour in the wait room to make sure nothing had changed, her care was TOP NOTCH and the estimate was way under what I had planned for! Dr Yancy diagnosed my cat, Waddles, with a non-operable cancerous tumor. She answered all of my questions/concerns. If I have future issues, I'll come here.

The entire staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. We were able to make an appt. in a timely manner and to schedule surgery for the following day. We received follow up calls throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent experience with the ER/ICU. Very communicative, welcomed questions, thorough discharge instructions and guidance. I saw a post regarding the cost. Services were clearly outlined and discussed. Estimated fees were provided on a line item bill with high/low estimates and I clearly understood what I was paying. Fortunately, our pup didn't require all of the items in the estimate and we were credited back the cost of those items at the time of discharge (hit my credit card before we got home!).
