Great customer service. I was greeted by someone wearing a mask to protect themselves and me. They kept me informed of the process in caring for my cat. They even recommended and shared samples of a prescription diet for the cat. Thank you for all that you do.

Had to take my 22 month old bullmastiff for an eye issue since my regular vet was booked solid last week. From initial call to how one is to proceed in this new covid world I found the process actually easy. I was emailed and texted when to bring him out and the time was about 2027 hours. I am about 30 minutes away from the hospital but only had to wait outside for a few minutes after I called upon arrival and in he went. This place is absolutely the best! My German Shepherd, Duke, sustained a leg injury. I was referred here from another place, and I am so glad! Dr. Neravanda at Dogs and Cats is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful and caring. He performed IVDD surgery on our 10 year old Dachshund Tyler's neck. He did an IVDD surgery in 2014 on our other Dachshund. The care, compassion, professionalism, and skill are unmatched in ANY vet ER. (I've experienced several). The report provided was highly detailed. The instructions for post-surgery care were detailed and the techs went over them. Yesterday, I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting this emergency room. My fur-baby became ill unexpectedly and died within minutes of coming into the clinic. Dr. Kelly and her team were very caring and answered any questions that we had. They gave us time to spend alone with her and our post-mortem alternatives. We are are forever grateful.
