I am very impressed with the care that Stewie gets from Dr Steele and the Internal Medicine staff... they are always so caring and attentive to Stewie and his needs... However, I do not care for the ER process... I do not like having to go online and fill out all that paperwork when it is an emergency or urgent situation..

He was very knowledgeable about my cat’s syndrome and formulated the perfect scenario to help me with her medication and dosing. He was kind, understanding and most of all LISTENED to my concerns. I am SO grateful to have such a fine facility so close to my home. My dog had an emergency with her anal gland. My Vet could not fit her in and recommended Dog & Cat Vet Center. The process for making the emergency appointment was easy and they let me know when to arrive. The Tech who came out to speak with me was patient and kind. Due to covid and a backlog of cases going on, they told me to go home and they´d call. All went great and she seemed to be in little if any pain by the next morning. This is a great hospital with excellent Dr’s. Dr Narravando is so good with his furry patients!
Dr. Neravanda and staff are absolutely amazing. If your animal is in need of neurological care, this is the place to go. I am very pleased with Oliver’s progress and it has only been two days since his procedure. Especially since things weren’t looking good prior to having a shunt placed to get the fluid flowing from brain.
