Excellent attentive service from Jahkotae Jahkotae is an excellent person to deal with when booking your animals to fly with you. Coronavirus upended the way I travel with my dogs, normally directly booking with Virgin. Since this has changed I have had to use alternative carriers and this takes more time and both the carrier and client have to be organised and on point to coordinate the booking. Unacceptable management of animals in transport. Hi there. I recently.9/4/21. had a pup sent from Brisbane to Adelaide. I was very disappointed as the puppy was standing, I expect for the whole trip, in water spilled from the water bowl which was attached to the pet carrier door. Also I was told by the sender that the Courier put the pet pack in the van not anchored so it was able to slide around in the back of the van on the trip to the airport. Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely correct that all animal crates are to be secured in the back of our vans during road transport. We will follow this up with the driver on the day of your collection to ensure the systems in place for animal welfare are applied. In relation to spill proof water bowls, these are not provided as they limit the animals ability to access water. Great service Ben organised for Lucy to be transported from the Gold coast to Melbourne. The service was outstanding, I received a quote with assistance on the crate and managed to get her on my flight. Ben also sent a follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. Dogtainers cat transport On April 7th my cats were flown ona DIRECT flight from Hobart to Perth, & delivered promptly to their new home on arrival. I was very happy for the work Alex Charles did to get my pets flown at the right time to arrive when my daughter was on leave & could be home. It was also the ONLY direct flight available from Hobart to Perth & Alex was able to arrange it; I didn't want my cats to spend hours and hours in crates in the planes or airports. Good service, but Covid had a massive impact The consultants I worked with were very nice and tried their best to get our dog home to us from Seattle. It did cost about 2 thousand dollars more than originally quoted, flight cancellations/changes and inability to get into quarantine on promised dates, was very disappointing and hard on my family. I understand covid impacted the costs and times, but it was a bit of a shock to go up that much and months of delays. I would recommend using dogtainers. I have my dog home and they ... read more

Amazing Service! Thank you to Ben Betts for handling the transport of our 3 pets super efficiently and professionally! Our pets had travelled all the way from South Africa and Ben was responsible for the final stretch of the domestic flights within Australia. He made us feel confident that our pets would reach their final destination as planned and when faced with challenges, he went out of his way to solve them.
