A wonderful experience The transporting of my two fur babies from Australia to Canada was a wonderful experience especially for anxious parents. The pre travel arrangements were handles efficiently and our manager was accessible whenever we needed. The transport turned up on time and we were kept up to date the whole time. The arrival in Canada was a happy event and the Canadian colleagues were on time and extremely pleasant. I would use Dogtainers again.

Not Satisfied I've used Dogtainers twice. The first time no one was at the airport to check my dog in, after many frantic phone calls they sent someone over 10 mins before close of check-in. I had even called the company the night before to check that everything was in place and was told everything was in order. According to the representative on the day of departure my dog wasn't on their list. The second time I used them I was charged $900 to get one dog sent to me. Great service, no dramas! We ended up using Dogtainers after trying several other companies for quotes; one had a price 4x what Dogtainers quoted, another could only get our cat to Darwin (we live in Kununurra, a mere 800km away!). Very helpful service from Rheannon, especially considering it was all organised and booked about 4 days prior to travel! Being able to fly our cat direct from Perth to Kununurra also saved her an uncomfortable 3 day drive, and she's settled happily into her home.
