100% recommend and would use again! It was the first time receiving a puppy through DogTainers, and the first time having one flown. We were very scared and thought the process would be overly complicated, but it was very easy. We made a mistake when submitting the puppies info and when we realised we emailed our dog transport organiser (Hollie) and she fixed it and responsed within 30 minutes. Very impressed and satisfied. Also a lot cheaper than expected. 100% recommend and would use again.

Fantastic service, even for a neurotic dog mom! Transported a dog and cat interstate. All communication was fantastic, animals were collected from my home on time and arrived on time and totally unbothered by it all. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Dogtainers and Heather First time we've purchased a puppy from interstate and used a transport company for pet travel. Having now received little Theodore ('Teddy', a 12 week old Cavoodle) coming all the way from Dubbo in NSW to Perth in WA, we couldn't be happier with the whole process and of course, the great outcome. Good service This is the second time I've used this service. First time everything was great, puppy arrived happy . Second time the water had tipped into his cage he was wet, had newsprint from wet newspaper on his, bum, tail and paws. Was soaking wet and shivering. It was a cold night. Soon warmer him up in a blanket and had heater going in car. He was fine once we got home. Booking staff are great. Recommended to my cousin, her dog flys with them this week.

they were so helpful juggling requirements with Covid 19 Lock downs I have used Dogtainers frequently and always get helpful booking staff. The prior to dropping off instructions are clear and concise, with helpful maps for drop off and pick up. Dogs not stressed when I have collected them.
