My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Yukon last week from Cowboys. Keenan Simon was awesome and found me the exact car I wanted. He was great to work with! Even hand delivered my new car to me cause I couldnt pick it up and brought my daughter a bday surprise treat! Great guy!

Buy a brand new vehicle and when it is having problems you gotta wait months to be able to get it serviced because they don’t have enough loaners. My car literally jerks out of gear while I’m driving but it’s fine.

Bought a used vehicle and of course totally scammed! Salesman was super nice but watch for the shark when you sign those papers. Got the warranty because single mom and wanted to be protected and they completely ripped me off. Two check engine lights within 4 months and told “pay $200 to update your computer to make it disappear” and another “600$ for “preventive not covered with warranty”. Total snakes. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service department! Brought my vehicle from there. Mind you it’s 2024 Chevy Tahoe. Didn’t have an opening till next week. So I asked if they had a loaner vehicle I could use in the meantime because I have kids at home. I was told when I purchased the Tahoe and if i ever needed service done to the vehicle that I could ask for one. The lady I spoke with got an attitude with me and I simply told her I didn’t have the time to deal with that and hung up the phone.
