Very disappointed in the service department!!! I will most likely never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and do not recommend them.

Chevrolet service acts like it’s no big deal that something was taken out of my truck when it was getting an oil change.. Just because they have never had anyone complain about anything being stolen before I guess that gives them the service dept the ok to take what they want.. The first girl I talked to told me I should have not left any valuables in my truck. We was there for 7 1/2 hours before they decided they could put us in a new car and then didn’t even fill it up with gas and the Finance lady is very rude she made us come back 2 times to do paperwork over again I will NEVER buy another vehicle here and I will not recommend people to buy from this poor place!

Even though the salesman was nice and went out of his way for us the manager there was rude and was talking over me. When I asked him to quit raising his voice at me he got louder. That's ok because we got a better deal at JK. It is a shame that the salesman lost a sale because of his boss.

I was recently shopping for my 2nd Buick Enclave- i shopped online to locate one and was contacted by Moore Buick. I said THEY CONTACTED ME... told me they had a program car with 3k miles that sounded like what i wanted! I told the lady i was not in Silsbee that i would be taking off work to travel up there and wanted to be sure i had an appt. she gave me a 430 appointment- and on arrival- she said she was going to place me with “her best salesperson” then went from cubicle to cubicle trying to get someone to wait on me- NO ... read more

Be careful with the sharky salesman. I went in with my own loan from USAA and he goes in the back office and runs my credit out the wazzoo checking for better interest rates, when I had my own loan. Then to top it all off, they did not even use my loan to pay for the car. The contract typed up was with US Bank. Pain in my booty. Will not do business with again.

We bought a 56k $ truck and had problems with our heated seats brought it in under warranty and they couldn't find the problem and gave the truck back saying it works fine just because they could not figure it out so after verification that they most definitely do not work we were just out of warranty by then and brought it back in and the first day they said our tech can't figure it out that they need a break and would try again the next day then finally they found then 400$ part that is not working and decided not to cover... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Meagan in particular. It's a shame when you can't even call and ask questions without the person on the other end being completely RUDE for no reason other than you're interrupting their day!! And it's not the first time I've gotten her on the phone either. Not once has she been pleasant to deal with. Definitely done with that place!!!
