Bought many vehicles from them. Manager was rude. Sold a vehicle out from under me and didn’t care to fix the problem. Never going back there again. Never been treated like that ever. Especially all the vehicles I’ve bought there. Wow.
Poor service department , won't honor warranty work won't make it right, sell used junk from auctions
The worse dealership ever! They ranmy husbands credit 10 times. Once was good!! I could never talk to anyone in financial nor would the salesperson call!! I would never reccomend them plus by running my husband credit so many times made his credit score drop 30 points!!

Chevrolet service acts like it’s no big deal that something was taken out of my truck when it was getting an oil change.. Just because they have never had anyone complain about anything being stolen before I guess that gives them the service dept the ok to take what they want.. The first girl I talked to told me I should have not left any valuables in my truck. We was there for 7 1/2 hours before they decided they could put us in a new car and then didn’t even fill it up with gas and the Finance lady is very rude she made us come back 2 times to do paperwork over again I will NEVER buy another vehicle here and I will not recommend people to buy from this poor place!
Even though the salesman was nice and went out of his way for us the manager there was rude and was talking over me. When I asked him to quit raising his voice at me he got louder. That's ok because we got a better deal at JK. It is a shame that the salesman lost a sale because of his boss.

I was recently shopping for my 2nd Buick Enclave- i shopped online to locate one and was contacted by Moore Buick. I said THEY CONTACTED ME... told me they had a program car with 3k miles that sounded like what i wanted!
