Oil change and tire rotation, with appointment, over two hours, not acceptable.
We bought a 2015 truck ( very expensive truck) we found scratches before even leaving the dealer. They did agree to fix and they did! When I went to get my truck from them I found new ones that they put in it! Before I left I told the salesman. We looked at it and at first they didn't want to fix them. When we left it with them for another 4 days only to get it back with the deep one not fixed! If you do buy from them please look over your vehicle very good! Will never buy another vehicle from this place ..what a joke . Bought a new denali an found several scratches an haven a hard time getting them to fix it.
