Donna and team helped us start to finish on our mortgage application and loan. She advised on our various options, worked through a handful of unique challenges, solved every problem we threw her way, and ultimately got what we needed done. Moreover she was fantastic to work with: honest and upfront, proactive, responsive to us and our realtor often outside of normal business hours, and clear when we needed more information about various options. We felt in experienced hands throughout the process, as indeed we were.

It took our family almost a year to find the property we wanted. Donna was so patient with our ongoing changes in price, up and down, and waiting out the slow market at Christmas time. She was always prompt getting back to me, even after hours.
