Donna was honest and straightforward throughout the process. She was thorough in explaining the process and she or a team member were timely in their responses to my questions and comments. My existing income vs. debt did not make for an easy refinance. Donna and her team were persistent and tenacious and ultimately found the right formula for my situation. Just worked with Donna and her team to close escrow on our dream home! Donna and her team came to our rescue after our credit union felt the deal was too complicated. It was a complicated deal because it is a 3 acre property with one home, a former preschool and large barn, two septic tanks, and two wells.....and everything needed something.
