I worked with Donna Lewis to obtain a loan for my first home. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Since this was my first house I had a lot of questions. Donna took the time to answer all of my many questions regarding the specifics of PMI, points, rates, insurance, etc. that I knew nothing about and never made me feel insecure or rushed. Donna did a great job of keeping us updated on fluctuating rates and advising us on when to lock in. It was just unfortunate that rates happened to have been in a steep upward spiral when we were looking to purchase our home. Very much enjoyed working with her.

I strongly advise caution when considering working with Donna Lewis as a loan officer. In my experience, her communication was inconsistent at best. A loan officer’s role should be to instill confidence and provide guidance, but instead I was left with unanswered questions and an overall sense of distrust in the process. Buying a home is stressful enough without being left in the dark by the person who’s supposed to help you through it. If communication and reliability matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
