Thank you for your input. We have since gone to Behr Paint and we are working with IPL to make the apartments more energy efficient by getting Nest Programmable Thermostats as well as LED lights throughout and water saving aerators and showerheads. I wish you the best in your next community.

New residents are... (Verified Renter) New residents are going downhill. They leave dog poop next to doorways, smoke inside, play load music early in the morning and park on sidewalks to make it difficult to get in garages.
