Very Disappointing For what you get and what you’ll experience, Double Creek Flats is disappointing and way overpriced. The walls are so thin, you’ll hear neighbors coming up/down and in/out of the building along with their full conversations at all hours. At least once a week, we had the displeasure of smelling other people’s cooking in the halls and our apartment for several hours. Depending on what building you are in, your entryway can generate more traffic than others and I apologize for the noise you have experienced. Only thing that... (Verified Renter) Only thing that bothered me about the apartment was the use of low quality building materials.Shingles constantly flying of roofs. Paint was a big complaint. Due to the fact that it was flat paint. Any little stain was impossible to clean without damaging walls. I don't feel the price of rent was proportional to the quality of building.

Unprofessional staff The staff is very unprofessional and the apartments are not made well. Would not recommend this apartment complex. There are many options in the area and I would simply stay away from this one unless the management changes.
