lack of care I lived at this property for nearly five years on the ground floor, paying extra for a garage. I did like it until end of 2023 and through my move out date Sept 2024. I always kept my account current and maintained a clean apartment. However, there were persistent issues, including a moldy bathroom and a leaking garage. The exterior building doors are insecure, as key fobs can be useless when the doors are unlocked by physical keys. It happened FREQUENTLY.
