lack of care I lived at this property for nearly five years on the ground floor, paying extra for a garage. I did like it until end of 2023 and through my move out date Sept 2024. I always kept my account current and maintained a clean apartment. However, there were persistent issues, including a moldy bathroom and a leaking garage. The exterior building doors are insecure, as key fobs can be useless when the doors are unlocked by physical keys. It happened FREQUENTLY. Very Disappointing For what you get and what you’ll experience, Double Creek Flats is disappointing and way overpriced. The walls are so thin, you’ll hear neighbors coming up/down and in/out of the building along with their full conversations at all hours. At least once a week, we had the displeasure of smelling other people’s cooking in the halls and our apartment for several hours. Depending on what building you are in, your entryway can generate more traffic than others and I apologize for the noise you have experienced.
