I think KB homes need more communication between all partners, and byers. I think thisntime the lack of communication and miss understanding was supperior. I have an advice, I believe KB homes Loan team should be more proactive and understanding the client's needs. It was hard when the loan and atty team request so many unnecessary documents about my residence in Puerto Rico. They make me feel that Puerto Rico is a foreign country, PR is part of the US since 1898.
