The KBHS team may the experience easier to navigate. There were a few issues, but they were solved quickly and with grace. We only had one small mishap happen but it was a costly one. We were supposed to receive a lock in quote but never received the actual email to respond with a written response to lock it in after I verbally said on the phone no matter what it would be we would lock in. Months later the rates skyrocketed up, we were not locked in because we never had the email, and are now stuck with a 2-3 percent higher rate than what it would have been. This has really effected our buying experience.
