I did not have an appointment, but the Service Department got me in right away, the staff was friendly and helpful, the waiting room is clean and spacious, and they kept me informed on the status of my car and gave me an accurate estimate of work and time. Best service department I've ever been to.
I had visited other dealerships, but the customer service I received at Nissan of Downey surpassed by expectations. They were friendly and I honestly don't think I would have gotten a better deal any where else. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Went in for an oil change service was great and fast and didn't need to schedule an appointment for it. Waiting area was clean and organized. Employees were nice and friendly.
