Never fails every time i take my car to get serviced i always get a very nice person to help me.. when taking the shuttle to go home and also being picked up on a timely matter Downey Nissan is a really great office. will continue to have my car serviced there.
Steve helped me out in customer service he was friendly, helpful, and in point. My car was in and out of the shop as promised.
Received notification that our Nissan Versa Note required a software update. So I called Downey Nissan and spoke with Ricardo G. He sent me an appointment. Took car in. Service was performed and car was returned washed in the stated time frame. Thank You Mr. Ricardo G for your assistance.
