I had an appointment at 8:30am . When i checked in, i was told my car would be ready in 2 hours but my car did not receive service until 12pm. I waited for about 5 hours.
I just moved to Los Angeles from Inland Empire and had a 17 year relationship with my previous dealership and their staff. Randy Toro was confident that he could assist me with my minor service needs for the day so I came by even though downtown is closer to my residence. Randy was very helpfull and informative,friendly and with a good actitud,promised the job done in about two hours and it was ready in the time promised,I had a cup of coffee,the price was O K let the sun shine!! and the employees to smile!!!!! I will come back!!!
For those of us whoose job requires that we start our shift early in the morning, it becomes nearly impossible to obtain the maintenance that our vehicles require and being able to drop of my vehicle that early in the morning is great but it is even more satisfying when you know you can count with shuttle service to be picked up and droped off. From beginning to end, the website to schedule an appointment, the time frame "the next day", the friendly greeting from the employees, assisting with transportation while my truck was being service and the service to my truck. Everything at Downey Nissan was a very good experience. I will go back and refer others to this location.
The person at the service desk is trying to get money for nothing from the customers... I went for oil change and he wanted me to pay $180 just to have the car checked ... !!! after I got the car back, he gave me a list of things to do in the car without any explanation to any item listed. when I asked about the details.. His first response was about the price !!!!!
I been to a Nissan Dealers before over the last couple years like Gardena Nissan,OC Nissan, Universal Nissan. And never left with a car it was always the same thing 1. you have NO CREDIT not BAD CREDIT but NONE your what we call a GHOST {you heard it takes money to make money same thing with credit} 2. you need a STARTER CAR and then you can bring it back in 6 months or so and trade it in for the one you want {which is something on the lot they just want to get rid of usually not even in the same size category u know you wan... read more
