I went in for my first oil change ...They did a good job they work fast...didn't wait for a long time for my car...
I was in for an oil change and they found two leaks in the oil pan and the differential that were covered under warranty. I was given a rental car at no charge and the car was repaired in record time. The tire was another problem as it went flat after they said it was ok. Took it back and then ran more tests. The tire was fine and no reason for the flat. It has stayed inflated and holding at 40 Lbs of pressure. It may have been a problem with the way the tire was mounted on the rim in the first place.
Took my car to get my tire pressure sensor checked. They were quick to address the issue. After they finished they explained the problems and solutions to avoid them.
Fast, profesional, and friendly service. I took my car for and oil change and other fluid check, as soon as i walked on the staff was friendly and ready for me. Steve was very knowledgeable at giving me feed back and answering my questions.
Every time I've been to the service dept. they have always gone out of their way to help me. Always get me in and out quick. Would never take my car anywhere else!
The Downey Nissan dealer has real good customer service and very good services and a real quick and fast with my oil changes and maintenance and very happy with my dealer
Great customer service. Very friendly and attentive. Everything was returned on time. Definitely coming back every time for service. Called back to make sure my car was running smoothly.
The service at the dealership was great. Randy was amazing. I came in as a walk in and I received immediate service and the wait time was much less than what I was expecting. I was in and out of the dealership service center in under an hour!
I am from the central valley (Fresno Area) and after weeks of dealing with shady Nissan dealerships in my area I was placed in contact with Sergey Ulchenko at Downey Nissan through the Consumer Report car buying program.
