I had a root canal done by Dr. Mir, who was both personable and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain each step and was genuinely attentive to my comfort, ensuring minimal to no discomfort. The procedure went faster than I expected, and all seems okay so far. His assistant was equally polite and professional, contributing to an overall positive experience. Should I need another root canal, I would definitely go back to Dr Mir.
Dr. Hamza is gentle and has a very calming demeanor. He explained what he was doing as he was working. I have had bad experiences with root canals in the past, but I felt no pain during the procedure and once the numbness wore off and the next morning, no pain. I know as individuals we are all different with our pain response, but I felt that he did the best as possible to be gentle and be sensitive to any pain I might have been feeling during the process. The office was able to get me in same day after my general dentist referred me to an endodontist. The front desk staff was efficient and professional. Dr. Mir and his assistant were caring and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing or going to do including describing sounds and vibrations that I would experience prior to actually making contact with the treatment area. Thank you for getting me feeling better again.
I went in for a root canal treatment and they weren’t really that nice. I get really nervous during any treatment with my teeth and I asked small simple questions and made light hearted jokes just for the assistant and doctor to ignore me. When they were doing. -rays on my teeth I saw the doctor roll my eyes at me because it was hard to get the picture I stood as still as possible just for them to get mad at me. Had an abscess on a tooth that had a crown yet not a root canal. Dr Mir was able to get me in quickly. Staff very polite and had explained the process clearly. The procedure was quick & efficient.
