The office was able to get me in same day after my general dentist referred me to an endodontist. The front desk staff was efficient and professional. Dr. Mir and his assistant were caring and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing or going to do including describing sounds and vibrations that I would experience prior to actually making contact with the treatment area. Thank you for getting me feeling better again.
I went in for a root canal treatment and they weren’t really that nice. I get really nervous during any treatment with my teeth and I asked small simple questions and made light hearted jokes just for the assistant and doctor to ignore me. When they were doing. -rays on my teeth I saw the doctor roll my eyes at me because it was hard to get the picture I stood as still as possible just for them to get mad at me. My experience was wonderful. Staff was very welcoming office, very clean. The doctor was thorough and explaining everything to me and I really like that making sure I had clear instructions and clear directions on the next steps I should take the care of my dentistry. Thank you
Dr. Mir explains the procedure clearly before he begins and during the procedure. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and empathizes with the pain so he adjusts the anesthesia.
Had an abscess on a tooth that had a crown yet not a root canal. Dr Mir was able to get me in quickly. Staff very polite and had explained the process clearly. The procedure was quick & efficient.
