RecommendedThey recently installed 3 mini split units in my house. Everyone was super friendly, and answered any questions I had. Before installing the outside unit one of the guys dug up my flowers and moved them so they wouldn’t get smashed and I was surprised about that. When the install was finished they talked me through how to use the remotes for the system and made sure everything was working well and clean. If I ever need anything else I will contact them again. Really awesome group of people.
RecommendedOur AC went out over the holiday weekend. Called first thing this morning and they sent someone within an hour. Roy was very kind, polite, and informative. He quickly went to work to resolve the issue and had the house cooled off before I got home from work. HIGHLY recommend!!!

RecommendedD&R recently installed a new hvac system in our house. The ductwork started thumping/popping when the a/c would kick on & off. I called D&R & they had Dylan out the next day. Dylan quickly found the problem- my duct needed a brace added. Dylan fixed the issue quickly & professionally. He also glued a pvc joint & added a cap to another spot of pipe. Thanks again Dylan!

RecommendedI had D&R install my Mini-split a few years ago and it developed a condensation leak. In less than 24 hours I had a repair guy, one of the original installers no less, show up! Turned out the condensate line was plugged, probably an insect crawled in and blocked it. He quickly diagnosed, attached his shop vac to the tube and less than a minute later it was working! These folks put customer satisfaction first!
