The technician was very thorough with his maintenance schedule. All systems were checked and verified... He was very friendly, easy to talk with, and provided a lot of information about my unit... I scheduled two more appointments, to be performed in the next twelve months.
Duane did an excellent job! I would highly recommend the company. I called at 8:00 at night and within 5 minutes Duane returned my call and called the next morning to tell me what time. He was prompt and very efficient. I would give them 10 stars! Thank you for getting me cool again. It feels great!
Toby got right to work the minute he got here and was very thorough in doing his work and posed some issues on the basement floor as well. He is a very kind and informative young man and VERY helpful to an elderly lady. I’d keep that one, if I were you!
Was very helpful in spotting the issue with the A/C duct work. Very prompt with service. Called a day in advanced to confirm the appointment. Also get text messages about the service which you can opt. out of you like. The next day the guy called to state his name and to let us know he was on his way. Very professional and explained what was going on and how the fix would be done. Keeping on list of future repair companies if needed.
