My wife and I had D&R add a heat pump at our home's attic. It's under my wife's name, but I'm rating here as I was the one who interacted with D&R. Both an independent energy efficiency evaluation and a second HVAC company noted many deficiencies in details which I had expressed a few at the time of install which the response was if we did it that way we wouldn't be affordable. Wonderful people to work with. Boston the estimator/ salesman explained everything to us to about different efficiency’s. He never pushed us into purchase anything. The furnace in our house was placed in 1992. It was time for a new one. The installers cleaned up after in install and tested. I would highly, highly recommend D&R Heating and Cooling
The service was exceptional. I called Thursday and the serviceman was here Friday. Toby was a very polite young man. He was quite knowledgeable about our problem and had it diagnosed and repaired quickly. I would recommend them highly
